ELFMAN-BUCHANAN FAMILY BEGINS (3RD GENERATION)

Keshia is now a young adult, she decided that it's now time to pursue her fashion design career. She decided to attend special class and various seminars that could enhance her skills rather than be in a company that will slave her and make her miserable. She also sell her custom made clothes online or at the consignment shops, she also freelance from her wealthy neighbors who ask her to make them complete set of wardrobes. "Mom I'll just go to the bookstore to buy some stuff and I'll be attending this seminar at doo peas, I might be late for dinner so I'll just eat out" as she kiss her Mom  "Okay honey, you take care!".

While Keshia was on her way to the bookstore she heard a noise, there was a couple fighting "Not a good day" she told herself. She waited until the fight was over, to her surprised it was Alto and an old guy - "Think you can beat me?!think again! and watch your words you a**h**le!" yelled Alto as the old guy walked away humiliated. "What are you all looking at?! Get a life!" as Alto face the crowd, one person caught her attention "So, you saw that huh?" says Alto to Keshia "Ah..yeah, what happen?" ask Keshia "That old guy tried to ruin my reputation, he was telling the neighbors about my affair with your grandpa and the child in my womb.." as Alto explained the situation "Wow, I mean..that's so sad we have no idea that you're pregnant and the shocking part is it's my soon to be uncle" replied Keshia "Yup, I was surprise as well but I'm happy because I really love your grandpa and at least even if he's now gone someone will still remind me of him - and that's our child. Anyway, I still have to go to my OB give my regards to your Mom (Reign) as well". 

Keshia bought some fashion books and magazines for reference. "Wow, this books are awesome I'll try this one when I got.."

"Hey, watch your steps" as Keshia tried to compose herself "I'm so sorry, here let me help you" as they pick up the books that fell on the floor. "By the way, I'm Nathaniel just call me Nate for short" as he stretch his hand to Keshia "Not so nice to meet you..just kidding! I'm Keshia, I guess your new around here" "It's so nice I've met you, well.. yeah, I work at Doo Peas as an Architect - I was actually re-assigned here. I'm from riverview" "Oh..okay..well I have to go, I might miss the seminar I should be attending to right now" as she was about to leave "Ahm, wait! to make it up with the mess I've created I would like to invite you for a dinner later - after the seminar? or tomorrow? I mean, whenever you're available?" ask Nate "Well, I'll see you later then..same place, Bye!" "Okay, I'll just text you! Have a nice day" smiled Nate.

"How the h**ll did he know my number??" ask keshia to herself "Ppfftt..whatever, s**t!I'm late! Taxi!!!"

"Hi! you're early" says Keshia as she arrive at the cinema for her dinner date? with Nate. "Hi, well I just go around town decorating houses" says Nate "So, you're also a freelancer?" ask Keshia "Hmm..you can say that..how about you what's keeping you busy aside from attending seminars?" "That was a fashion design seminar (moron), I'm a freelance fashion designer. I make custom made clothings, some also hired me to make gowns for weddings. I'm also planning to open my own clothing store someday." During the conversation, Keshia thought that Nate was interested in something else. "Ehem! What are you looking at?!" "Oh I'm sorry..I..I.. didn't mean.." "Let's just have dinner and go home (pervert)".

"We're here, have a sit" as Nate assist Keshia into her sit "Thank you.." as she sit silently. "I love this place, I always remember my grandpa whenever I eat here" as she take a good look at the restaurant. "Why where's your grandpa?" ask Nate "He passed away two or three years ago, we always eat here and at the diner after a nice stroll at the park and at the beach" she's a bit teary eyed by the memories "Hey, are you okay..I'm so sorry..did I made the wrong choice of restaurant?" as Nate comforted Keshia "No..no..no..It's just that I missed him terribly and I had a lot of wonderful memories in this place with him" as she wipe her eyes.

The waiter arrived with their meals, Nate ordered CheeseSteak and Keshia was her grandpa's all-time favorite at this restaurant Special Mac and Cheese. "Why do like to order mac and cheese, you can even make that at home from scratch or buy cartons of  it from grocery store?" ask Nate "It's my grandpa's comfort food and I've never eaten it again here, it's so much better than my own mac and cheese and from those boxes" "Okay, I can make you one if you like..it's my specialty" smiled Nate "Wow, really..are you showing off?" chuckled Keshia "Showing what?? I'm just telling you that I know how to cook the best mac and cheese and then you're telling me I'm showing off?" as he laugh "Okay, okay..you're the best mac and cheese chef in town!" as they both laugh at it. "I really had a boring day today until I bumped into you at the side walk" as Nate become serious "Well me I'm having such a nice day today until you bumped me" joked Keshia "Really..hmm..I don't believe you because if you are you won't accept my invite in the first place" "Well, you told me that it's a payment for my inconvenience..I'm just claiming it" as she stood up from the chair "I have to go, it's getting pretty late. Thanks for the treat, see you around!" before she was able to walk Nate  grab her hand "Wa..wa..wait..hey..I don't mean anything, anyway ahm..can I just drive you home?" Keshia pulled her hand from Nate "No, I'm okay and I have a car. Thanks for the offer. I really have to go, bye".

After two years of friendship and courtship, Keshia and Nate become a couple. They go out every weekend - watch movies, take a walk at the beach and watch sunset together,  and eat out to different restos. Nate  also visit her at home and make her his mac and cheese and do movie marathon together.

"Happy first year sweetie! I love you!" as Nate hugged Keshia and give her a sweet kiss "I love you too..I really had so much fun today, thank you" as she smiled at Nate "I also had fun sweetie, hmm..we can still catch the movie" as they both headed towards the movie house.

After the movie "I really had a blast, thank you for making this more special" as she hugged Nate tightly "Me too..it would not be special without you".

"Hey, I really have to go..we still have work tomorrow we need to rest now" still hugging each other  he take a closer look of Keshia's face, a very beautiful woman was standing in front of him he was stunned. "Right..but I still don't want to go I still want to look at you, touch your face in every angle, stroke you hair..you're a beautiful-innocent looking-woman close to an angel to me" "You've got lots of adjective there, you're making me laugh" as she hold Nate's hand "It's true if I can marry you now I will" as he was about to kneel "What are you doing?? C'mon you're making me nervous..are you out of your mind?" as she pull Nate up. After that he knows in his heart that this is the woman she was destined to have forever.

"Enough with the drama honey, we really really have to go home now" as she gave Nate a gentle kiss on the lips "Just wait" smiled Nate.



** FAST FORWARD ^____^



Everything went well with their relationship for 3yrs, of course it was not as smooth sailing..they had arguments and petty quarrels  but they've surpassed it all.

He ask Keshia's parents beforehand regarding his plans, but of course it'll be kept as secret to keshia. One night, Nate decided to pop the question. He came to visit Keshia and told her that he has a problem and he needs to talk to her in private, Keshia was so worried about what was it all about so they immediately go to another room (her mom's friend suddenly appeared and ruin the moment)  "What is it?" ask Keshia and right then and there Nate drop to his knee and pull out something from his pocket "Will you marry me?" she can barely breathe, she cried, laugh, cried, laugh and after some time she breathe deeply and was able to answer him with a YES.

 

"It fits perfectly" smiled Nate. Keshia started to cry again and hugged him tightly. Then Nate stood up hugged her again and whispered in her ears - I love you.

MOVING ON

Two years since halle's death, time for the rest of the family to move on. So to keep their minds off to the past and into the present they've decided to learn a new skill.

Keshia was born artistic so though she was a newbie to the thing she can paint beautiful paintings at once.

 

Sometimes it's a mother-daughter bonding time, so you now know where she inherited her artistic side.

 But the dad might need to attend a painting class to enhance his skills. He asked the opinion of her wife and daughter about his painting skills, but they can't say a thing instead they laughed really hard and the dad gave in and laugh with them as well.

The next day, Reign offered a painting lesson to Grady "Not that bad dad, but yeah you still need MORE practice"  told Keshia as she chuckled.


MARLON'S LOVERS

 As for Marlon, healing was a process, there will be sunshine after the rain. After one year of sobbing and being depressed he found a friend-turned-lover on their housekeeper Mary.

After six months of being together he asked Mary to moved in with him and she gladly accepted the offer. It was a blissful one year and a half for the couple and Mary conceived their first baby. The day Marlon found out that Mary was pregnant he told the news to her daughter Reign and to the rest of the family and they were all looking forward to it. 

One day when Marlon was left at home, Reign's best friend Holy went to their house. "Holy, what brougth you here?" ask Marlon who had just woke up from bed "Is Reign at home?" says Holy while looking shly at Marlon who's only in boxer's short. "Well, she told me that she'll be out in a bit..would you like to wait for her inside?" Holy agreed and follow Marlon in the living room. It's not a secret to Reign that Holy was attracted to her Dad, but of course he's married then and Reign told her to just look for someone her age. But for Holy, she thinks that they're really meant to be.. after Halle's death..she told herself that she'll do everything just to win Marlon's heart. "I'm sorry if you've waited too long..I have to put on a robe, well there's a beautiful woman in my house and I don't want others to think that I'm flirting with you or what" says Marlon while laughing cause he can't also imagine doing that to her daughter's BFF. 

Marlon went to the kitchen to prepare something for Holy, but before Marlon reached the kitchen Holy grabbed his hand and told him the words she was keeping for a long time. Marlon was so shocked and look at Holy with confusion "What did you just say????" "I said, I love you..I've been keeping this for a long time and been hiding it from you because I don't want to ruin something that was so beautiful - and that is your family" as Holy cried not for joy but for embarrassment, she knew that after this conversation nothing will still change and it would be the end of her relationship with Reign and the family. "Holy, you're still young..there's still alot of men out there so don't waste your time on me - I can die anytime and too old to take care of you" as he hold Holy's hand "Then just let me be the one to take care of you" says Holy as she kissed Marlon. A woman appeared behind Holy, it was Mary..Marlon didn't know what to do so she pushed Holy away and went to Mary to apologize and explain. But it's too late, Mary slap Marlon and walked away. "I'm so sorry.." says Holy, she shouldn't be happy with what happen but she is. She hugged Marlon tightly and Marlon gave in, he hugged her back and the rest they say is history.

Later that day when Reign got home from work she noticed some wine glasses at the table and the kitchen was in a total mess, she called her dad but there was no response. She went to his dad's room and right then and there she saw Holy and Marlon sleeping together. She was so shocked that she doesn't even know what to do or say, as she was about to leave the room she bumped into the dresser and a vase fell down and crashed into the floor. The tow was awakened by the noise and was also shocked to see Reign right in front of them. "..I..I..I can explain" says Holy while Marlon just sink in to the sheet covers. "Dad we need to talk, Holy go home" as Reign left the room.

Marlon went to Reign's room as soon as he reached the door "Dad, why?" asked Reign who was sitting on her reading chair and look directly at Marlon. "Reign, I'm so sorry..I didn't mean to mess up with your bestfriend..we got so drunk". "Mary called me earlier and told the news, it's okay for me Dad that you flirted with Holy or you want to flirt with her and do those things if you're not committed with someone whom you got pregnant! How about the child in her womb, you already dumped a piece of his/her future before he/she was even born..he/she will be like you who will grow up not knowing you just like what happen to you when grandma abandoned you" Marlon was static, her daughter was right. He immediately call Mary but she was not answering the phone, so he decided to went straight to her apartment. But it was too late "She just left earlier, she told me that she won't be back anymore and decided to live in another country" the chinese landlord told Marlon. He cried as he went to his car and even while driving.

As he entered the door her granddaughter Keshia welcome him with a big hug

"Hi grandpa! how's your day? I've got good news for you" says Keshia "Wow, glad to hear one today..what is it?" as he sit on the couch to hear her story "Wait, why what happen to you today" ask Keshia while she sit beside her grandpop "It's a long story honey, I want to hear yours first" as he faked a smile to her "Well, I've been chosen as a cheerleader and I'm on top of my class..how's that!" "Well, I'm not surprised at all because I knew from the start that you're intelligent and beautiful" as he kissed her g.daughter "I should go to my bedroom now, I'm not feeling really well today honey..we'll just talked about it in the morning". Keshia was left confused and bothered by her g.pa.

While their having dinner "Mom what's wrong with g.pa? He was acting weird today." asked Keshia "Nothing's wrong with g.pa honey" smiled Reign to her daughter. After dinner "Are you okay? I think you two should talk again and fix things" advised Grady to her wife. "I will, I'll just check him in his room and served him dinner as well" told Reign to Grady as she left their bedroom.

As she reached her dad's door "Dad, here's your dinner..Keshia told me that you're not feeling well so I might as well bring it to you"  before she even enter the room she saw his dad lying on the floor, she called everyone and drop the tray she was holding while checking on his dad. They carried Marlon to the car and immediately brought him to the hospital.

DEATHS

Halle wasn't able to survive from her disease, eventhough she undergo several treatments. Later that day, they've decided to cremate Halle's body and have a funeral wake at home. Reign still can't believe of her Mom's death, so she let it all out and sob in her mother's urn.

CRUCIAL TIMES

HALLE'S DIAGNOSIS

Halle becomes an elder, but she still continues to work until  she was diagnosed with a rare disease. Halle got so weak and was hospitalized, she retired from her job after the doctor told her that she have to because she still need to be examined further. The family went home with broken hearts, they were all hoping that Halle will be okay soon. 

 After six moths of continuous treatments, Halle regain her strength again. She started to work as a self-employed writer - she writes fiction books but her best seller was romance novels. Marlon was so happy with Halle's achievements and that she bravely fought her disease although the doctor didn't assured them that she'll still be cured. One time, Halle became too busy with work that she had sleepless nights and she sometimes skip meals. Marlon became too worried that something might happen again to her wife "Honey, I don't think that it's still healthy for you to be workaholic..we all know that you've been through alot these past few months and I don't want to happen that again. ever.." Halle looked at her husband straight to the eye and smiled "I'm okay honey, you don't have to worry so much" and gave him a kiss. 

The next day while Halle was about to leave the house, she became unconscious and fall off the stairs. Marlon ran towards the noise and was shocked upon seeing her wife on the ground. He called everyone and they quickly rushed Halle to the hospital. They were still in shock and trembling, nervous on what the doctor has to say. The doctor came out of the ER and told the family about Halle's condition, they're all quiet and listen intently to the doctor while holding on to their tears. "Halle is in a coma right now, I don't  know when or if she will still wake up" Keshia hug her grandpop tighly and Grady do the same to Reign. 

The next day while everyone was still asleep, Marlon hold Halle's hand and began talking to her "Good morning honey, aren't you oversleeping..well i kinda miss you, hope you'll be awake soon. I'll be out for awhile okay, I'll buy us some food do you like anything? well, i'll just decide for you" then he left after giving her wife a kiss.

When Reign woke up she went immediately to her Mom's side "Hi Mom, I miss you!" as Reign kissed and hugged her Mom. Keshia saw her Mom and it makes her sad to see her that way. "Mom, grandma will be okay.." as Keshia console her Mom. After they had breakfast everyone go home to get some things except Marlon, when he was left with his wife alone he again talk to her "I'm so full, too bad I can't have breakfast with you and I'm missing it,..so are you..so please wake up..for me..i love you so much.." says Marlon as tears starting to fall down his face "But if ..if ..you really want to go..i'll let you go..even if it'll break my heart so much" and then he heard the machine's beep runs flat.

The rest of the family went back to the hospital and saw Marlon sitting outside the room leaning against the wall eyes closed. "Dad, why are you here outside?" asked Reign "She's gone" and tears fall down again from Marlon's face. Their face went blank and tears fell uncontrollably, they hugged and console each other. Later that day they decided to have Halle's body to be cremated and be brougth home.

MARLON'S ON THE VERGE OF DEATH

Later that day, the doctor talked to Reign. "I'm so sorry to tell you but your Dad had a heart attack and it was not an ordinary attack he was now paralyzed" Reign couldn't help but cry upon hearing the doctor. Grady comforted her while their daughter was outside waiting.

"Mom how's g.pa? will he be okay? can he go home now?" asked Keshia who was still crying and concerned about her favorite BFF g.pa. "Honey, g.pop will stay here for awhile until he's okay..but not now" as Reign hugged her daughter. She knows that it's not yet the right time to tell her about her g.pop, she might not like the news as well. Grady and Keshia went home while Reign stayed at the hospital, she can't go to her dad's rom because it was restricted..she can just see him on the window. "Dad I'm so sorry for what happen..I shouldn't have said things to you..I'm so sorry Dad.." as she cried and regret what happen. "But if Mom was there waiting for you..hold her hand Dad.." from there the machine beeps flat. Reign called the doctor, but nothing happen. "I'm so sorry.." as the docotor left the room and instructed the nurse on what to do.

 

 

 

JOLINA-ELFMAN FAMILY BEGINS (2ND GENERATION)

THE BEGINNING

Reign tied the knot to Grady Elfman after 5yrs of being together. It was a solemn garden wedding at the park with just family and close friends. They had their honeymoon at Paris and China. 

After 2 months, Reign got pregnant and after 9 months she gave birth to her one and only child Keshia Nicole Jolina-Elfman. It was Reign's happiest moments, as she was looking to her child she can't help but cry. "She was such a cute li'l girl, isn't she Grady" says Reign while tears are falling down her face "Yes she is, she's beautiful like you" says Grady. He hugged her wife and daughter until Halle entered the room and took a photo of their first family picture.

 KESHIA-HOLIC

Everyone was so happy upon Keshia's arrival to the family, she also inherited alot from her Mom Reign (aside from beauty), she was a bookworm, an artistic child and a genius. They all took turns to babysit her so Reign didn't have a hard time to look for one. Marlon on the otherhand become so attached with Keshia that he decided to retire (aside from being an elder) and stay at home to watch over his grandchild. He was with her every step of the way, she sing her lullabye to fall asleep and feed her baby foods from scratch which he make everyday. When she becomes a child he always pick her up from school and will take her to the diner to eat fries which is her favorite junk and went to the park to play. It was a fun childhood memories for Keshia. 

Keshia is now a teen, but she never fails to show her love to her grandpop. They still hang out every weekend - eat at diner, watch movies together, go fishing, walk at the beach or park and have bbq session. She was close to everyone but her grandpop will always be her BFF.

IT'S A DATE!

At work Reign met a guy named Fred, he was okay but not really her type. They get to know each other between breaks and he made a move by asking Reign for a date after their shift. She gladly accept the offer and told Fred to just pick her up at home at around 7pm.

After work, Reign decided to take a nap before her first date. An hour later, Halle woke up Reign "Honey, a man named Fred was looking for you". Reign hurriedly fix herself up "Oh sh**! Tell him Mom i'll be out in a bit. Give him something to drink or munch while waiting..or open the tv, radio whatever..Just keep him busy". "Okay.." Halle get back to Fred confused. Reign forgot to tell her Mom about this date. Before leaving, Marlon reminded Fred to send Reign home before 11pm - her curfew. "Yes sir, don't worry your daughter is in good hands" reassured Fred.

A waiter approached and assist them to their table "Good Evening Sir, your table is here".  To Reign's surprise Fred already reserved a special spot for them. Fred was being a gentleman the whole evening that made Reign so pleased.

"Thank you for inviting me out and for being such a gentleman" as she smiled to Fred. "My pleasure! But I think it's me who should thank you for accepting" told Fred. The waiter arrived with their meal "Here's your meal sir,  the best steak in town with garlic mashed potato. Bon appetite!".  "This is heaven, the steak was well cooked and the side dish was perfect". Reign happily eat her food. "I'm so glad you like it, got a tip from your mom" winked Fred at Reign. Reign was having so much fun eating, they had creme brulee for dessert. "Thank you for such a wonderful dinner Fred". After dinner they watched the last full show at the theatre and went home.

Since Fred's car was broken Reign decided to be the driver for the day. "I'm really sorry if you'll be the one driving us today, I'll make it up to you next time" as Fred apologizes to Reign. "Nah, we're friends so it's okay" says Reign. Fred had a thought after that - am I just a friend to her? aww.. that would be so sad. Reign offered that they have a little tour around town before heading home.

BIRTHDAYS

REIGN LOUISE BIRTHDAY (KID-TEEN)

It was a simple party at home, the 'rents invited some of their friends and the birthday girls' friends (the stalker was also invited because he insist to be invited). Well, it was still a success and yes the girl grows up and becomes a teen.

So this is the reason behind the "insist of onself" by the stalker (who would have thought - it's also his birthday and shared a cake with Reign), it can save him and his family some kaching. It actually doesn't matter (why sweat the small stuff when there's motherlode), the party continues and Reign was still so nice that she even cheer the birthday stalker.


HALLE'S BIRTHDAY  (Y. ADULT-ADULT)

Months pass by it's the mom's birthday, whoa! she's getting older - but fulfilled! Only the closest family friends were invited, all had a great time. She doesn't change a bit the only difference was her now wrinkled face. = (

It was a simple celebration with her officemates and close family friends including their hosekeeper Lucas. The guests all cheer and greeted the celebrant, Fred was a bit dull the whole day. He was thinking about Reign moving to Riverview with her family because Reign's mom was being transferred to another town. After all the greetings they proceed to the pool area where the food was being serve and the party continues 'til evening.


KESHIA'S BIRTHDAY (TEEN-Y.ADULT)

Keshia turned into a beautiful young lady, she graduated from college with a degree in fine arts and decided to pursue a career in fashion designing. Her mom told her to apply in top fashion company but she inclined "Mom, I want to be a freelance fashion designer I want to be known for my own work and not because I'm working with famous people" says Keshia "I know you can make it to the fashion world and I just want you to know that your Dad and I will always be right behind you, happy birthday sweetie!may all your dreams come true" as Reign hugged her daughter "Aww..thanks Mom for being so supportive of me".

STARTING A FAMILY (1ST GENERATION)

The Jolina family just moved in to Sunset Valley, the family was so busy fixing and decorating their new home. Halle and Reign are in-charge of the decorating while Marlon was in-charge of the painting and carpentry. It was lunch time and the family decided to just call the nearest pizzeria for delivery, after a satisfying meal they again continue with their work. It's now dinner time so Halle offered to make the family a sumptuous dinner and they all call it a day.

While Halle was fixing dinner, Reign ask her Dad to help her with her homework. "Dad are you sure that's the answer? You don't seem serious. " joked Reign. "C'mon you can blame me all you want if you fail this one" assured Marlon. Halle called them from the kitchen and they both rushed in with just the smell of the food. After a satisfying meal, everyone had a bonding time by watching their favorite TV show "The Psych". Reign fall asleep in the middle of the show, so Marlon and Halle decided to take Reign to her room and went to bed as well.

After Reign and Marlon went off to school Halle was left with a big pile of laundry, good thing Marlon bought a washer and a dryer from the consignment shop nearby. Later, the phone rang "Jolina residence, Good Morning!" "Hey Halle, It's Alto! Are you free today? I would like to invite you downtown to unwind" ask Alto "Sure, let's have coffee and play foosball. I miss that game!". After Halle finished all her chores she went downtown to meet Alto.

They met at the bookshop and have some chat while sippping their coffee. "Glad you moved here, now I don't have to book a flight just to see you" smiled Alto. "It's a bit tiring and the surrounding was a bit new to me, but I know we can all adjust. hey! let's play foosball, I miss playing it with you". "Aww..yes during college..we always go to this place just to play foosball..it was really a stress reliever. C'mon let's go, I know a place". They played until their hands are tired, and yup they had so much fun..that they both went home with a "she-can-almost-kill mood".

She went home with some goodies for her girl Reign, as she opened the door Reign was home early  chatting with her classmate about color?. "Hey baby, you're home early" as she kissed Reign on the cheek. "Hi Mom, how was you're game? Saw you with Ms. Alto awhile ago". "It was fun, Mom needs to unwind sometimes you know. Anyway, I've brought you some snacks you can share it with your classmate". After the two kids finished their snacks and homework, Reign's classmate left.

Reign saw her Mom reading so she sit beside her and read as well, it's their way to bond with each other. They're not bookworms but they love reading and learning new things, the Mom here doesn't have a job yet because she decided to be full time with her family to look after Reign. "How's your first day at your new school?"ask Halle. "It's ok, I still miss my friends..someone tried to bullied me but I don't allow him. The teachers are all nice, some are strict and scary but I can manage" says Reign. "You're such a brave little girl, Mom was so proud of you. Keep it up darling" says Halle as she kissed Reign's forehed and went to the kitchen to prepare dinner. After dinner, they all gathered up again in their TV room to watch  "Despicable" which Marlon bought at the consignment shop. It was a fun movie and they all go to bed happy.

After Reign's birthday, her Dad something special for her which she's been wanting for as a gift. As she opened her door she felt something at the floor, she was so speechless on what she saw.

Reign after her big transformation, she also want to be a journalist like her mother.Yup, mom was now working..she doesn't have a little one to look after it's now time to fulfill her dream. "Mom stop it, I'll be late for school..". "Just one more click honey, there you go..you look like your grandma, too bad your Dad doesn't have any picture of her" says Halle. "I wish I could see her,  but I don't think Dad was interested. Anyway, Mom what do you think..do I look good on this? This is my first year in HS need to look great and I also want to join the cheer leading group". "Yes honey, you're beautiful" as she hugged Reign. Then Reign went to the garage to ride her new car to school.

The hot pink car of the teen, driving to school. She's so happy and feel so independent. "This is so cool!!". But growing up also comes with a responsibility, Reign decided to look for a part-time job for extra income even though she's well taken care of by her parents. She still need that extra cash for gasoline and shopping.

Halle was having PB&J for breakfast, it's her first day at work as a Journalist. After that, she take a nice dip on the pool to eases up and to feel refreshed and rejuvenated before going to work.

"Honey, i have to go need to be early at work - it's my first day so wish me luck" as she headed outside she keep on motivating herself. "Okay, takecare!Iloveyou!" answered Marlon as he was preparing to go to the gym.

After work, her boss told her to interview someone near the oil spill and get some information regarding the situation. She headed to the said area adn found her friend Alto. "Is it good to see you - err  here . Anyway, I need to interview someone who knew about this thing..do you know what happen here?" ask Halle. "Well, I heard a big noise and when I look outside I saw a big fire I start calling the 911 and the fire station. After the fire was put out we saw that a tanker explodes and then we saw some spills near the tanker". A minute later her phone rang. "Crap, my boss - hello Halle speaking" answered Halle. "Halle, go home someone already send me a report regarding that area". After she hang up the phone she felt sad and disappointed at what happen. "Thanks for the time Alto, the boss told me to go home someone already stole my moment". "Aww..that's not fair. That's okay you're doing great, but I think you need to upgade your wardrobe now that you're on the streets taking the news". adviced Alto. "Thanks again, I will." 

Halle drop by the gorcery store to get some ingredients she needs for dinner, she loves to cook and it's also her way to relax and relieve stress. She prepared Pasta for dinner and bought some fruits for dessert. 

After dinner Halle decided to work on her writing to be able to come up with fantastic books, reports and interviews. She also updated her blog and write some good articles on it, while Reign (with a contorted face) plays chess after getting a job as a receptionist at the Spa.

The next day, Halle was so inspired with Alto's word and put on her new wardrobe. She also update her blog again "Fit to work - how's my new outfit? (attached was a picture of her)" as she continues typing on her blog.

Due to Halle's hectic work schedule she decided to hire a housekeeper.  "Good Morning, I'm Lucas at your service!" as he greets Halle upon entering the house. "Good Morning Lucas! nice to see you, have to go to work now, have a nice day!" says Halle as she leaves the house.

Reign woke up and pour herself a cup of coffee. "Good Morning Madam!" Reign almost drop her cup "Who are you?!" says Reign as she turned around to see who it was. "I'm Lucas your housekeeper!" Lucas grinned. "Oh, okay..you scared me don't do that next time okay? or I might pour this hot coffee on your face". She thinks that Lucas was a bit weird, but he's a funny looking guy - she chuckled upon thinking about this.  Later that afternoon, she went to work.

After her date Reign took a shower before going to bed she also did her homework inside the bathroom which made her Dad confused. "Reign why are you doing your homework here and not on your desk?" "Dad, i love it here. I'm just inspired to do it here" says Reign. Marlon walked out the bathroom still confused and told Halle about this, they both laughed but Reign didn't mind.

Before going to bed, Marlon had a thought about death. He also think about his Dad and Mom (Jamie Jolina) he haven't saw them since he left home to start a new life with his own family. Halle noticed his husband and hugged him "Still confused about our daughter?" laughed Halle. "Of course not, she's a teen and we all know that teens sometimes do stupid or funny things. Let's just go to bed honey" he kiss Halle before going to bed.  Marlon never talked about his parents, he just don't want to dwell on his past. It's just kindda sad that his Mom leave him at the hospital and grew up with his Dad and Step-Mother, he had no idea about his real Mom because his Dad always avoid conversations about his Mom.


** FAST FORWARD  ^____^

Halle was now a star news anchor and working at the top TV station in Riverview. Marlon  is now an astronaut and rarely at home due to the nature of his work. He's mostly out in the universe to do some research and maintain satellites. Reign just celebrated her birthday and is now a young adult quit her part-time job as a receptionist after she graduated from college with a degree in Journalism. She is now working as a freelance writer at the famous magazine publishing company.

Like her Mom, Reign was so workaholic. She currently working on her article entitled "Passion for Fashion" to be submitted tomorrow morning. She's also into painting and photography and sometimes give talks to school and companies. Even though she had full loads she still has time to love, a week after they transferred to their new home she met Grady Elfman - their housekeeper in the morning and a police at night. Her Mom Halle doesn't approved of their realtionship because of Grady's work. She doesn't want her daughter to be involved in a kind of life Grady has, it's so dangerous for her. But Reign talked to her Mom and assured her that they won't go anywhere and she will still stay here with them.

After having a conversation with her Mom, Reign went out to meet Grady to have some talk regarding their wedding. They still need to pick-up invitations and souvenirs to be given to attendees and choose a wedding cake at the bakeshop. She will wore her Mom's wedding gown at her wedding that save her some kaching and it was a family tradition that her Mom wants to start.
