Keshia gave birth to a healthy bouncing baby girl and they named her Ayesha a persian name which means "beautiful". When Keshia woke up she was surprised by her family and friends, they bring fruits and flowers for her and some stuff for the baby. "Hi honey, do you want to see ayesha?" ask Nate while attending to his wife's needs. "Is she okay?healthy?what does she look like?" as she becomes excited in meeting her daughter. "Hey..calm down, one at a time" as everyone laugh at how Keshia react "I want to see her.." says Keshia. "Okay, I'll just ask the nurse to carry her here for you" Nate went outside at the nurse's station. "Do you want anything, dear?" ask Reign to her daughter "I'll just have water, thanks mom" and smiled at her mom. Later, "Mrs. Buchanan? here is your daughter Ayesha" the nurse carefully hand over the baby to Keshia. "Thank you so much..isn't she beautiful?" she can't help but become teary-eyed upon seeing and touching her daughter and everyone agreed.
THE NEXT DAY..
"Are you ready to go home dear?" Reign pack all of Keshia's stuff "You bet mom!" as she breastfeed her baby. Nate on the otherhand was busy paying the bills and talking to the doctor.
"Hey, let me take a picture of you and Ayesha" says Reign "Sure mom, okay..wait..is this okay?" and Keshia and her baby posed for the camera "Perfect!" then Reign took a shot..
And a shot..
And more shot.. as they went home. "Okay mom, I think that's enough for now..we're both tired I still need to breastfeed her before she sleep" and they both head towards the nursery room that she and Nate decorated.
FAST FORWARD ^_____^
It's Ayesha's first birthday, because it's a working day for everyone (except for Nate and Reign who went for leave and Keshia who was still in her maternity leave) it was just celebrated at home with the family.
"Okay guys, we're gonnna huff and puff and blow this candle away! let's go baby, help mommy" Nate continuously and tirelessly cheer for her wife and daughter while Reign was concentrating in capturing the moment.
Nate was a very hand's on dad, he and her wife Keshia took turns in taking care of Ayesha. They both decided not to hire a nanny and do it by themselves instead. "Okay baby are you ready for your bath? wow, you are, yeah?" as Nate talk and play with Ayesha and Ayesha just answered "agagaga...bubububu" the whole time.
"It's now time for dinner and mommy will gonna cook your favorite mac&cheese, are you excited huh..you are?wow.." and the never ending baby talks continue.
As Keshia prepare the dinner Nate played with Ayesha for awhile. "Honey, I think she's hungry she's now biting her lego blocks and sucking her xylophone's stick" and they both end up laughing at Ayesha's cute acts. "Okay, I'll be there in a bit. Just make sure she wouldn't choke on something, watch her closely honey."
"Wow she's a little girl with a big appetite" says Keshia as they both watch their daughter devour her mac&cheese.
After dinner Nate and Keshia bonded with their daughter, they all played together and watch barney and friends.
"Okay baby, time to sleep..see you in the morning" and Nate gave Ayesha a kiss as he put her to sleep.
In their bedroom "I hope we can become good parents to Ayesha.." says Keshia "Yes we can, dear!"
assured Nate to Keshia as they both kissed goodnight.
THE NEXT DAY
It was a morning rush for Nate and Reign who both went to work. As for Keshia and Ayesha who was left at home they spend the whole day learning to walk, talk and potty.
Later that evening "Look Ayesha, daddy bought you some story books..here let me read you a story. It was about a girl who is just a size of a thumb.." as Keshia went on with the story while Reign was busy finishing some artwork to be submitted tomorrow morning in the museum and Nate on his new designs.
Ayesha fall asleep on Keshia's lap while they read stories "C'mon let me put you to bed now" and Keshia carry Ayesha to her room.
She woke up and began playing with her mommy again. "Do you still want to play? but it's now past you bed time huney, we'll just play tomorrow morning okay?"
And so Ayesha agreed and let her mom put her to bed while she sings her lullabye.
THE NEXT MORNING
After Nate and Reign left for work, Keshia went to Ayesha's room and found her inside her toy box.
"Hahaha..what are you doing there huney?" as Keshia keeps on laughing at Ayesha who was surprised after her mom took a shot of her.
That afternoon, Ayesha was left with her grandma while her mom went to downtown to buy some baby stuff and groceries.
"Grandma will be taking care of you for the meantime while mum was out, do you want to play or watch tv?Let's see.." Reign look for some newly bought children dvd's while carrying Ayesha on her side. "Here let's watch some sesame street and do the counting thing"
Just before they went to the tv room "Whew..I think we have to change that dappy of yours before we watch, it smells really really bad..hahaha" after taking some time cleaning Ayesha they both watch the dvd and Reign teach her grand daughter some numbers.
Later that night..
Nate comes home with new books for Ayesha, she inherited her love for books from her grandmom Reign.
"Thanks for the new books hon, Ayesha really love them and she can't get enough of them" says Keshia while having dinner with her husband. "Well, we need to take good care of our li'l genius" smiled Nate while taking another scoop of her wife's dumpling soup.
THE NEXT DAY
"nom..nom..nom.." as Ayesha scooped out another spoonful of her poridge "Ma-ma, Ma-ma"Ma-ma" Keshia stop for awhile and look at her daughter with a smile, it's like music to her ear hearing her call Mama. "Yes baby?what is it?do you love having breakfast with me huh".
After Keshia was done with all the chores she decided to have some bonding moments with her daughter who was taking a nap. "Hey baby..mommy's finish and we can now have all the time that you want" as she carry Ayesha into her arms and put her into their daybed. They watch barney, sesame street and nickelodeon shows the whole afternoon while munching on some fruits.

"Aww..mommy's a little bit sad, my baby girl grew up sooo fast!" as she prepare Ayesha in blowing her birthday cake. "Guys, have a pose I'll take a photo of you two first" says Nate while Reign was still busy preparing the food.
Ayesha grew up beautifully like her mom and grandmom, she was a scholar in her school and consistent honor student. One day after school her mom surprise her with a toy oven, they bake mostly brownies and cookies together until Ayesha get the hang of it. During weekend, she decided to put up a booth in front of their house and have some bake sale in the neighborhood. It was a hit, but of course like other businesses there are times that it doesn't sell well.
That night, she went to her mom's room "Mom can I come in?" as she take a peek inside the room "Of course, come sit here beside me" as Keshia remove some pillows and make room for her daughter "Why is there any problem, Ashe (A-she as Ayesha)?" "Mom can you buy me a baking book and teach me to bake other stuff aside from brownies and cookies? my customers seem to get tired of eating same stuff over and over again" "Okay, hmm.. well we can look over the net for some more recipes and make them tomorrow" and her daughter hug her with a wide smile on her face "You're really the best mommy!!! I'm so excited!!!" and Ayesha left the room and started squealing all over the house until she reach her room.
Nate went to their room confused "What's wrong with our daughter??" ask Nate while preparing for bed "Nothing, she's just excited" smiled Keshia while she hug her husband to sleep.
THE NEXT DAY
Keshia and Ayesha started their baking project, they bake new recipes they found online. "So far so good mommy! Everything taste superb!" as they both take a bite of their freshly bake goodies.
What's on their menu?
"I love the chalk board thing mommy!!!I'm gonna put it on my booth, yipee!!!" says Ayesha who's so excited for her new goodies to sell. "Hope this would do the trick Ashe, at least they're now aware of what they were eating and it will make their mouth water upon reading this".
"Hmmm..it all smell sooo good, it's so hard to decide so let me have each of your goodies" says one of Ayesha's customer "They are all good miss, I assure that to you. It will make you come back for more" Ayesha wrote something on a piece of paper "We also cater freshly bake goods, for birthdays - businesses - or just simply for delivery at home..here is our contact details if you're interested" smiled Ayesha "Wow, you're rally a business minded li'l girl..well then I'll just contact you, Thank You!" "Thank you! Have a nice day madam!".
Later that day more neighbors drop by the Buchanan's house to taste Ayesha's home baked goodies, "Hi there li'l girl, my daughter love your chunky chocolate brownies..so I'm gonna buy 'em all. I'll also buy one of those muffins, I'm really starving..been busy with work the whole day" as the woman hand over her payment "Here you go madam, I'm glad your daughter love it! It's my mom's specialty" smiled Ayesha while handing over the bag and another hand written business card. "Thank you! do you deliver at home?" ask the woman "Yes we are ma'am, just around the neighbor" says Ayesha "Oh, okay..that would be nice, ciao!" says the woman "Thank you, hope to see you again. Enjoy your goodies!" smiled Ayesha while she assist the next customer.
That night, "Ashe, time for dinner" called Keshia as she take a peek to her daughter's bedroom. "She must have been too tired from that bake sell thing" as Nate also peek behind Keshia. "Well, let's just not bother her and leave something for her to eat later" as Keshia silently closes the door and went to the kitchen with Nate.
Ayesha woke up at around 9PM starving, "Mommy, I'm hungry.." as she rub her eyes while trying to open it. "I made you another pie, your dad ate everyting during dinner" and Keshia hand over her daughter's pie. "Hmm..smells sooo good! No wonder why dad did it..".
THE NEXT DAY..
"It's starting to get late, your mom might be looking for you now. Thanks for dropping by and doing homework with me" as Ayesha lead her classmate to the front door. "I had fun doing homework with you, you're such a genius Ashe. See at school!" as Katryn left and Ayesha went straight to the kitchen to help her mom with the baking.
"Perfect brownies,yum!yum!" as she take a pose while her grandmom took a shot of her. "You look so adorable and that brownies look so delish! You just need that white thing hat and viola! a chef in the making" as the proud grandmom grab a piece of brownie.
"At last we're done! They're so yummy!!!" as Ayesha grab the camera from her grandmom and a chair and took a shot of their baked goodies.
THE NEXT DAY..
"This look so tempting, I'll just take a tiny little taste of this while nobody's watching" and the curious Ayesha take a lick. "Yum!yum!yum!" says Ayesha and she laugh at what she did. Later on, she again did it but this time "Gotcha! hahaha.. you crazy little girl, hands off that goodies or it'll gonna spoil in no time" as her grandmom went out of the car and show a picture of her. "Grandmommy!" and they both laugh at the picture.
DURING DINNER..
"Your grandmom told me something crazy about you..you take a lick of all the baked goods this afternoon" says Keshia while trying to hide a laugh "I'm so sorry mommy, they're tempting me..they're like telling me "eat me..eat me..eat me" over and over again. Well, I can't eat them so I might take a tiny little lick" says Ayesha "But you can spoil them if you do that, if you want one you can have one..and we can make more of them. Promise me you won't do it again okay?" as Keshia prepare the table for dinner "Yes mommy" and they all take a sit.
"Mommy this pie is really really good, and the sale today was fantastic!" says Keshia as she devoured on her mom's pie. "It was a recipe from your grandmom's dad, he was a very good cook and your grandmom found that pie recipe from her old box when she was still a li'l girl like you".
