PREGGY KESHIA

6 Month

Right after the wedding, Nate moved in with the Elfman's and spend some quality time with her wife Keshia. They decided to go to Keshia's OB for her regular check-up. "Well, congratulations!It'll be a baby girl" says the OB and handed over to Keshia the picture and result.

"Isn't she pretty?" as Keshia shared the photo to Nate "Hmm..yeah she has my nose..and lips..she'll be pretty" smiled Nate "Yeah right..I'm glad it's a healthy baby girl" as they both thank the OB and head downtown to buy some stuff for the baby.

"So, what are we going to buy honey?" asked Nate to her wife as they walk inside the mall "Hmm..according to my handy dandy sticky note.. we need.."

 

In addition, Keshia also bought some pregnancy books as recommended by her OB. "That was a lot of stuff honey, I'm so tired and a bit famish let's grab some lunch before we head back home" says Keshia as she arched her back and stretched herself. After having their late lunch "Honey I think I'll just drop by the spa first and get a soothing massage my back really aches, do you want to come?" as she make herself comfortable inside the car "Yah sure, I think I also need one" and so they both head to the spa and went home.

Before bedtime Keshia decided to take a look at her new book, it has alot of detailed information on pregnancy and baby care and wow she enjoyed reading it too much that she almost forgot about the time.


8 Month

A month before her due but she doesn't change a bit, just the bump that gets bigger and bigger and yes she still wear high heeled shoes. Amazing! =)

The picture was taken by her Mom Reign who was so excited and supportive throughout the whole pregnancy, Nate was nowhere to be found he's out working.

As soon as Nate got home she immediately went to her wife and played with the baby on her womb.

"Hi baby, how's your day with mom? How do you feel honey?" as he feel Keshia's big bump and look at her "She's so heavy now and my  back aches a lot more..but she's very cooperative with mommy she doesn't kick me that much" as she look how Nate caress her stomach.

"Hey, did i just hear her?" says curious Nate "Honey, the baby still can't talk but I bet she can hear you..so c'mon talk to her".

And so Nate do some pick-a-boo to Keshia's stomach "Wow, I just wish she could see her father" as Keshia laugh "That would be sweet!" joke Nate.


9 Month

In the middle of the night Keshia woke up painfully uncomfortable, she tried to stand but it was really hard so she forcefully grab Nate's arm and woke him up "Honey!!..my waterbag broke!!"

 The door opened and Reign rushed inside "Nate what are you still looking at bring your wife to the hospital NOW!!!"

The room was then filled with "ooohh's and aaahhh's" "Honey let's go, can you still walk or what??" everyone was in panic "Honey I'm not disabled I'm just in labor!of course I can walk!" as Nate assist her wife to the car and off they went to the hospital.

It was just a simple garden wedding at home, only close friends and neighbors were invited. It was a double celebration because Keshia was also pregnant with their first baby.

Minister:

"We have come together today in the presence of God to witness the joining of Keshia Jolina-Elfman and Nathaniel Buchanan in Holy Matrimony. This is a special time of celebration that Keshia and Nate will long remember, and because of this, they are thankful you are here to share their joy. From the dawn of human history, it has been customary for the community to place its seal of approval upon the union of two persons in marriage. If these solemn vows that they are about to make are kept faithfully, God will bless their marriage."

Exchange of Rings:

"Keshia, I love you. Today is a very special day. Long ago you were just a dream and a prayer. This day like a dream come true and an answered prayer. For today, Keshia, you as my joy become my crown. Thank you for being what you are to me. With our future as bright as the promises of God, I will care for you, honor and protect you. I lay down my life for you, Keshia, my friend and my love. Today I give to you me." - Nate

"I still remember the very first time I lost myself in your eyes. You looked into me, as I unto you. And what I saw there, It terrified me. I, until that point, had never seen two eyed say so much.  At that very moment I knew, I knew my future had just stared me in the eyes. From that moment you have delivered me from my despair, And completely corrected all of my wrongs. And for this I pray, I pray that you accept my unconditional love, And never ending devotion." - Keshia

Minister:

"Before this gathering, you have promised each other your love and have given each other rings to wear as a sign of your deep commitment. It is my distinct pleasure to declare that you are now husband and wife. You may kiss one another. "

"You're the most beautiful bride I've ever seen" says Nate to her wife "I know" smiled Keshia.

And then they kissed again.. and again..and again..

The visitors were all in "awww.." moments while they kept on tinkling into their glass. But one old woman caught all their attention "Will you all stop that tinkling sound! It's so irritating and besides the couple had enough of the kissing and smooching as well give them time to eat and do other things on their wedding aside from that!" The couple laughed but yeah she was right, so the guests were tamed and the boquet tossing and cake slicing take place. (of course the cranky old woman was none other than Ms.Crumplebottom)

After the ceremony the visitors congratulate the newlyweds and proceeded into their sits while the meal was being served. "You're so lovely tonight honey" as Reign hug her daughter tightly "Thanks mom, if only dad was here..but I know he's happy for me wherever he is now". ( Grady died when he was shot dead during their drug-bust operation in a warehouse in twinbrooks) "I'll just go inside and get something, go entertain your guests" as Reign left and wiped her eyes because she remembered the tragic death of her husband. 

As soon as Reign stepped into the kitchen she heard someone in a desperate voice and saw Holy static "Help me, my waterbag just broke!!!" When Reign was finally able to process what Holy just told her, there was a look of panic on her face "What???!!! C'mon let's go to the hospital!!!" and off they go. Holy gave birth to a bouncing boy Maverick (son of Holy to Marlon), but after Holy gave birth they were never seen in the hood again and Reign also lost contact with her.
